Constellation: Connecting you with nonprofit consultants of color

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a new resource that we believe is a game-changer! Constellation is the first and only (as of 2023) national directory of nonprofit consultants of color! It aims to connect you — nonprofits, foundations, and recruiters — with consultants of color who work with nonprofits, and help you with your diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Our hope is that Constellation will not only be an immediate resource to find and hire excellent consultants of color, but help  make a lasting contribution to diversity and equity within the sector.

The newly launched directory is searchable by area of specialty, and location, and includes data on consultants’ issues of focus, years of experience, language proficiency, and more, enabling you to target consultants that fit your unique project needs. Hirers can search and contact the 350+ consultants of color listed on the directory (with more joining daily!) They are located across the country, some internationally, and are experts in a wide range of areas — from DEI to development.

Constellation is free for consultants of color to join, while hirers may utilize it as a hiring resource for a small monthly fee, scaled to an organization’s annual operating budget.
