Constellation: A directory of BIPOC consultants

Constellation is the first national directory of nonprofit consultants of color!

Created by TakeTwo, the directory aims to connect you — nonprofits, foundations, and recruiters — with BIPOC consultants who work with nonprofits, and help you with your diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Our hope is that Constellation will not only be an immediate resource to find and hire excellent consultants of color, but help  make a lasting contribution to diversity and equity within the sector.

The newly launched directory is searchable by area of specialty, and location, and includes data on consultants’ issues of focus, years of experience, language proficiency, and more, enabling you to target consultants that fit your unique project needs. Hirers can search and contact the 350+ consultants of color listed on the directory (with more joining daily!) They are located across the country, some internationally, and are experts in a wide range of areas — from DEI to development.

Constellation is free for any one to join and use. Nonprofits and other hirers can post RFPs on the site (after joining) for a small fee.
